Hello,
We are looking for a feasible work-around for if users are completing an in-home visit with a client and are unable to access Procentive to have necessary forms signed/completed.
What does your agency currently do? Do you typically reschedule the appointment or have paper forms with the understanding that in order to track the documents correctly they must be added/signed in Procentive at a later date?

I am having problems with Firefox recognizing key strokes when entering clinical documentation. It is NOT something wrong with Firefox because it works well in other areas of Procentive and fine on ALL other websites. Please look into this.

TX Plan pulled to Discharge Summary
Wondering if there is someway to have the last TX plan pull to the discharge summary. What happens is, it will pull if the discharge summary is done within the 90 days that the TX plan is valid but if outside that time it does not pull. The reason of it being outside that time frame would be that the client has not returned so the clinician has not done a new TX plan but is still in a waiting period to see if the client is going to return. This just depends on when the last appointment falls. It there a setting that can be changed just for the one form?
Paperwork for couples intakes
How does your agency handle intakes for couples counseling? Do you have the spouse fill out an intake in addition to the intake by the client? Do you use the kiosk and if so does the spouse fill theirs out on the kiosk? Do you have trouble with it flowing properly into the DA?

How to unlock a note
I thought I was saving and locked a note that I need to be signed by another person. How do I unlock it?

Unlocking a note is allowed with the correct permissions. There are typically only certain roles at an agency that have unlocking privileges. Start first with contacting the Procentive champion at your agency.
Interns
We have interns/ADT. How do you handle signing off on the medical record when you should have two signatures?
