Clinical/charting

I have a few questions I am hoping can be answered in this group. Is there a way to copy a form template in Procentive and rename it to have all staff utilize? I know that I can copy a note that is already in a client's file, but I would want this to be a form that staff can choose. We are wanting to have a form for Tx Plan Development. Is Procentive the only one that can change forms etc...

Second we have multiple programs and would like the Tx Plan to flow to each program with one Tx plan instead of having let's say one tx plan for CTSS and another for MH. Is this a simple as adding the program to the Tx Plan form?

Batch Signing: Corresponding tickets

I occasionally utilize batch signing for reviewing and locking large quantities of clinical progress notes.  However, I then have to go to the ticketing module and mark each ticket "Complete" (a time consuming and tedious process).  Is there a way to complete or delete these tickets similar to batch signing?

Clinical/Charting Issue

Anyone else having troubles with clinical/charting?  When I click to sort by a column, everything disappears.

That is correct; it is necessary for all users to clear their cache going back at least one week for the resolution to take effect. Instructions on how to do this are available on the Knowledge Hub for Google Chrome and Internet Explorer.

CCS in WI

Here at Family Innovations, we are looking to provide Comprehensive Community Services in WI, my wonder is if you have agencies in WI that are providing this service, as I am needing to create forms for documentation (case notes) and I don't want to recreate the wheel if there are others that are already using Procentive for WI documentation.

Multiple Documents

Is there a way to populate multiple documents at once? Instead of having to pull 20 documents up separately for an intake. Very time consuming. Any thoughts?

Scanner recommendations

Our office is new to Procentive since January. We purchased an Epson WorkForce ES-500 Wireless Duplex Color Document Scanner (TWAIN compatible) and are having issues with it with in Procentive. It will work for several hours then stop and then we can't scan for a while. Come in next day can scan and then again it stops working. We have contacted Epson and they are unable to help us as the scanner works just fine with the Epson scanning software. Can anyone recommend any scanners that are working continuously with Procentive for us?

Another day, another slowdown

Getting many reports from frustrated clinicians that Procentive is extremely slow today.


I have ruled out our network, which is flying.


This is getting to the point that the management team and I are actively looking into alternatives. This ammount of downtime/slowdown time is unacceptable.

Purging clinical charts

Paper charts were easily shredded when the threshold of record keeping was reached. What are folks doing for inactive clients to purge clinical records when the threshold of keeping records occurs?

Programs and Dataflow

Hi -


I have a question about programs. We use MN Waivers and someone could use multiple services under the waiver. We currently have waivers set up as the program, I'm not sure how to go about setting up different "paperwork sets" for each of the services, since each service needs it's own treatment plan and progress note with outcomes set to each service. Has anyone else dealt with something like this? How did you deal with it?
