What types of internal file audits are agencies doing and how are you using functions in Procentive to make the process efficient? We used to have a staff look at each clinical file and review for timeliness and content. I am hoping there are systems in Procentive already to help with this or if we need to request something be created? Any ideas would be great!
I have a few questions I am hoping can be answered in this group. Is there a way to copy a form template in Procentive and rename it to have all staff utilize? I know that I can copy a note that is already in a client's file, but I would want this to be a form that staff can choose. We are wanting to have a form for Tx Plan Development. Is Procentive the only one that can change forms etc...
Second we have multiple programs and would like the Tx Plan to flow to each program with one Tx plan instead of having let's say one tx plan for CTSS and another for MH. Is this a simple as adding the program to the Tx Plan form?

I'm wondering if any MN CTSS agencies are planning or wanting to create a note to specifically document time billed for treatment plan development? If so, we are interested in working together on this.
Does anyone else use this Procentive form? Clients can select two or more answers for each question which creates an invalid score. To correct this programming error, Procentive is requiring us to create a custom form just for our agency. Before we did, I wanted to get feedback from other agencies as I imagine this is a correction that everyone would want, not just us.

It took me awhile to get the hang of creating templates, and so mine are just littered with templates which I created but don't use anymore. Is it possible for me to remove or inactivate those so I don't need to sift through a bunch of them to find the one I need?
For some reason, not all of the forms we want to Kiosk are available when through Appointment and Client modules. The only way is if the document is created in clinical/charting, and then kiosked. That said, because it has to be sent individually that way, how can I have a client have both forms available at the same time, even though sent separate? So far, the clients have finished one form and then once sent- the screen is blank.
Does anyone know if there is a setting in Procentive that would allow the practitioner to print clinical documents with the client's preferred name rather than what is in the client module?
We are curious what others have done who have both paper records from before Procentive and now a Procentive record and the record is ready to be shredded. Do you shred the paper one and are most of you using the Procentive "shred" feature?
