Is anyone else finding staff replying to their tickets in the "Description" area and not on the right-hand side using the comments? This is not a good thing for billing staff, if clinical staff are able to edit what the ticket originally said when it was sent. Is anybody else noticing this? I did send a ticket to Procentive but my rep is off this week, so thought I'd check here.
I did check to see if there was something in the User Role that allowed it, but don't see anything.
I am required to review progress notes on a daily basis for auditing. My supervisor is questioning whether or not I am completing this task on a daily basis. I would like to be able to show evidence of a log that lists the documents that I accessed on specific days. Right now, I only know that this can be done by opening each document individually and clicking the "log" link at the bottom of the pop-up window. Is there any way to run a report instead?
A champion will have the permission to access a staff profile, and change a password.
Simply open the staff profile, clear out the password section, enter a new temporary password and change the toggle for “change password on next log in” to yes.
Save the staff profile and give the staff the temporary password. Next time they log in they will then be prompted to change their password.

I am wondering if there is any new info or ways agencies are able to start billing for professional staff being added to their agency. From what I have read we should not be having a fully licensed staff billing under another professionals license as they wait to be added as it may be fraudulent. I am wondering though how agencies deal with that? We just waited about 6 weeks just to add a licensed staff to our agency with most insurance companies who was already credentialed . How do agencies deal with this?
Does anyone know what to do when you have new licensed provider that is not yet credentialed with all the insurance companies your agencies bill for? Do you still bill for those payers with the supervisor? And how do I set that up in Procentive so that staff can bill to some payers but not all? Thanks
Our practice would like to be able to keep documentation on our staff on file in Procentive, but I am not aware of a method to do so. We would like to be able to record notes, staff reviews, tax documents, disciplinary action, etc. within Procentive in a similar manner as we do with our clients. Is this possible?
