Wondering who is using the newly revised Procentive forms: 

  • PRO-245G-1100S Comprehensive Assessment (245GS)
  • PRO-245G-1101S Comprehensive Assessment Summary (245GS)
  • PRO-245G-1200S Individual Treatment Plan (245GS)
  • PRO-245G-1300S Documentation of Treatment Services/Treatment Plan Review (245GS)
  • PRO-245G-1301 245G Simple Progress Note
  • PRO-245G-1400S Service Discharge Summary (245GS)
  • PRO-245G-1000 Initial Services Plan and Vulnerable Adult Determination (245G)

Versus other new forms from Pro which are not SIMPLE.

We are experiencing many issues in Procentive today.  Can't log in, slowness, error messages etc?

DAANES PRO-1140, 1141 and 1440 Form for 5055 Report

Does anyone currently use PRO-1140, PRO-1141, and PRO-1440 documents to complete their 5055 report for their import? If so, is anyone else having issues where the funding tab isn't completing? Also, how do you get the Comprehensive Assessment data to pull in to upload as well? Is that even an option?

Clicking "okay" not registering often

When signing a note the "are you sure" click will often not register and need to be clicked again. 


Do we need the "are you sure" pop up even?

seeing some slowness and lagging loading times.

seeing some latency when typing in Messaging, etc.  anyone else seeing this?

Clinical/charting field defaults

Does anyone know how to change the default for fields in Clinical/Charting so they don't always reset to say "myself" or other automatic defaults?

THere are chats regarding topaz signature pads, but none more recent than 3 years ago... 

We're looking at purchasing one for our front desk check in for use with a PC.

Does anyone use them now? And. What has been your experience?
