seeing some slowness and lagging loading times.

Same for us as well...I found this on the updates page regarding the slowness last month:

If you haven’t already and are experiencing slowness, please send us a ticket to let us know you are experiencing slowness and as many details as you may have:

-Browser used

-Module(s) loading slow

-Type of Device (phone, laptop, tablet)

-What you were trying to accomplish when you noticed the slowness, examples: creating an appointment, adding time, sending out claims, checking eligibility, etc.
