Clinical Charting Module issues

We are experiencing a clinic wide issue and it seems to be isolated to afternoon and evening times (3pm-9pm) when staff are intermittently having issues when working in the clinical charting module either typing in notes or just doing a search for clients records in the clinical charting module.  When typing in notes the providers are getting the error that your data can't save you lost connection, and when searching for client records in the clinical charting module receive the error you don't have permissions to view this information.  They can log out of Procentive and log right back in and everything works just fine.  We are wondering if any other organizations are experiencing these types of issues?  It doesn't appear to be our internet connection as we can go to other websites when this happens and those sites are working just fine.  It is only happening in Procentive.

ARMHS Providers - TCL Plans

Any ARMHS providers well versed in Transition to Community Living?  Wanting to hear how other providers are making the treatment planning process for this service efficient?  Are providers using template features within the standard treatment plan or having a completely separate plan?  Any advice or suggestions appreciated.  Thank you

Medication Management Notes

Hey all!

We are wondering if anyone has perfected the use and workflow of medication management forms (ideally for the prescribing and documentation of psychiatric medications), who would be willing to consult with us on our forms? 


We have some user/prescriber specific questions and would love to be able to ask another user/prescriber about their process.

Telemedicine Progress Note

Does anyone have a Procentive Progress Note form that meets criteria for telemedicine?

Here's what MN DHS says is required:

-The type of service provided
• The time the service began and the time the service ended, with a.m. and p.m. designations
• A description of the provider's basis for determining that telemedicine is an appropriate and effective means
for delivering service to the recipient
• The mode of transmission of the telemedicine service
• The location of the originating and the distant site

Signature box not working?

I have a few practitioners who are struggling to get client signatures after opening the signing window.  I've been looking at individual computers and it appears that nothing is wrong so does anyone have thoughts / suggestions?  I haven't sent a Ticket yet and just wanted to "poll" the community for thoughts.
