We are a outpatient substance use provider. We are wondering if there are any other providers that have the individual treatment plan and the treatment plan as one document in Procentive.

Staff members not being able to see charting for their clients
Has anyone else had an issue lately where staff has been unable to see charting or create treatment notes for their own clients? We have been experiencing this over the last few weeks.
Have checked the staff tab and they are not excluded from viewing. Have ticketed Procentive X2, but haven't heard a word back. Thanks everyone!

Running Progress Note for TX Coordination/CPRS
Does anyone have a work around for documentation/running progress notes for these billable services? I would like to have a note that is fluid and reflects updates/work in progress. At this time, each service line is an independent note, therefore, if searching for a task or step every note has to be opened. This is crucial when discussion coordination pieces that may need follow up and a running document can reflect what steps were made - VM left, who was spoke to etc.

What to do when a client is accidentally inactivated
Hello! I inactivated a client prematurely. We marked them active again, but I still can't even see any notes written prior to the inactivation day. There are unbilled notes. Even the clinic owner can't see my notes from the week prior to the inactivation.

Correcting an error in a locked document
When you have locked a document in the clinical charting, and notice an error later, what is the procedure you use to correct the error?

Clinical Charting Forms Locking on creation
Good morning,
We are receiving errors regarding the creation of forms in all areas where a form is created. When the form is created, the fields are initially able to be filled out and contain a lock and blue border around the form fields. As long as we do not save, the fields are writeable. The second the form saves it grays out and we have to exit the form. Once the form is exited, we can then go back into the form manually and it lets us update from there. The issue started yesterday, 03/02/2022.
Any assistance/help on this issue is greatly appreciated.
