

KNOWN ISSUE: MN MA Claims
We've received notice from MN MA / DHS that they've been having intermittent issues all day, resulting in a delay in acceptance and processing of claims. The most recent update is listed below.
Per DHS: Our Operations is performing system maintenance which will result in downtime for about 1.5 – 2 hours in an attempt to resolve the time out issues we are currently experiencing.
Once their system is working properly they should begin accepting and processing the claims that have been sent to them. This means that in Procentive you may see the "Status" in the Electronic module as either "Sent" or "No Response". When reviewing the batch report(s), once MN MA has processed the claims there will be a "999 file" listed at the top of that batch report, letting you know that they have accepted the claim into their system for processing.

KNOWN ISSUE: MN MA Intermittent on April 1st, 2017
We've received the below communication from MN MA/DHS:
Our Operations team will be performing System Maintenance impacting Real Time 270/271 application this Saturday April 1, 2017. This work will cause intermittent connectivity issues on 4/1/17 between 08:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. CDT
During this time you may not be able to run eligibility within Procentive.

Update from DHS: Please note that this Saturday Maintenance scheduled between 08:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. CDT has CANCELLED. Real Time 270/271 will be up and running normally.

Procentive Unavailable
We are currently experiencing an issue and we're working to resolve this. It should be back to normal shortly. Thank you for your patience.

Procentive Down
We are currently not able to access Procentive. Those that are logged in, the screen is frozen. Those that have logged out are not able to log back in.

payment entry mode & report mode for era's not matching
We have noticed with a few of our ERA's that there is information that appears in the report mode side, but when we use the payment entry mode if is not there, this is actual payments that are not using up, not denials. Has anyone dealt with this or have suggestions?!?!

Topaz Signature Pads
For those of you using the Topaz Signature Pads at your clinic/agency, which ones do you find work well? I've been told the following models are compatible with Procentive:
T-S460-HSB-R
T-LBK460-HSB-R
T-LBK460-BT-R is a wireless option.
Am also looking for feedback on where your clinic/agency purchased yours from.

Is there a Program wait list available?
Is there an option in Procentive to have a waiting list for a PROGRAM, not just an individual provider? From what I can see, Procentive has a waitlist function in the Appointments Module, but this is only for each individual clinician/provider. Is there a specific function within Procentive that allows us to create a waitlist for a given program, which would allow all providers to see the list of clients on a waitlist for that program? Or is this function restricted to the use of individual providers? If there's a Program waitlist, those on the list will be able to be seen more quickly than if they had to wait for just one provider to have an opening.
Does anyone else use a different method to track those on a waitlist?

Multiple Documents
Is there a way to populate multiple documents at once? Instead of having to pull 20 documents up separately for an intake. Very time consuming. Any thoughts?
