Some customers are reporting speed issues right now in Procentive. It is still unclear how many customers are being impacted. We are investigating this problem right now and hope to have it resolved as soon as possible.

KNOWN ISSUES: Staff Availability Error

In the Appointments module > Staff Availability section, when setting up a new recurring staff availability or editing an existing recurring staff availability you will receive a Procentive error. The information will still save however, the error will appear.

You will not receive an error unless the staff availability has been setup for recurring days.

We're working to resolve this and will update this page as soon as we can.

This has been resolved and no further errors appear when updating recurring Staff Availability in the Appointments module.

This afternoon around 4:45 Procentive servers were down for about 5 minutes.


We are back up and running. Our engineers are researching the problem now. We will continue to monitor the issue on our end and provide any additional updates as we have them.

CTSS Place of Service

What Place of Service are providers billing for CTSS? We are co-located in the schools with our own offices seeing clients.


We are billing POS 3-school and are getting some denials from TEAM (BCBS), Cigna and some UBH plans. Are there other POS codes we should use for this?

KNOWN ISSUES: MN MA Eligibility

We're receiving some time out errors when running eligibility this morning. MN MA indicated that this was resolved yesterday however, it appears they're still having intermittent issues this morning. We've reached out to them for updates, but haven't heard back yet. We'll update this page as soon as we have more information from MN MA. Thanks!

We've received the below statement from MN MA and Eligibility is now working again.


Attn: MN Medicaid Real Time Eligibility users,

MN Medicaid’s Real Time Eligibility applications have been restored again. Operations staff are reporting that transactions are responding normally.

What are the IP Addresses associated with the Procentive App?

I'd like to prioritize traffic to and from Procentive on my firewall. What are the IP addresses that Procentive uses?

This can be setup in Procentive via the Settings module, Security tab. You would enter in the IP addresses used by your company, which will restrict staff from logging into Procentive unless they're using one of the listed/approved IP addresses. There are specific permissions linked to this that will allow a staff to logon from any computer, no matter the IP address or you can restrict staff using permissions to only being able to login under the approved IP Addresses. If you need further assistance in this setup please submit a ticket to the Procentive Support Desk.

GY Modifier - BCBS

BCBS claims there was a provider bulletin in November that indicated in 2017 we could no longer get paid for billing a secondary BCBS with a GY modifier when the primary was not covering the provider as well. We can find nothing on this and BCBS could not produce a copy of it. Does anyone have info on this change?

Does anyone know what the "time based code" changes are for family therapy?


Billing changes for family psychotherapy: Effective January 1, 2017, CPT codes 90846 (family psychotherapy without patient present) and 90847 (family psychotherapy with patient present) have changed to a time based code. Review CPT code guidelines for additional information. The calendar year limits for these services remain the same. Authorization is required if a person needs more than the yearly threshold.
