KNOWN ISSUES: Real time eligibility is down for MA

Kevin Holmes 7 years ago in Known Issues updated 7 years ago 1

Although MN-ITS is operational, real-time eligibility is down for MN MA. Until the state of MN resolves this issue, the eligibility module will not work in Procentive for MN MA and other PMAP payers. Once the state fixed the problem, we will update this post.

KNOWN ISSUE: e-Prescribing Module: Connectivity Problems

Pat Stream 7 years ago in e-Prescribing updated 7 years ago 1

Dr First has reported that they are experiencing intermittent connectivity problems.

I have test a few databases and was able to access the module, although I am currently waiting for a resolution message from them and will report back here when it arrives.

Here is the response we received from Dr. First this evening regarding this matter:

"Dear Valued Customer,

The connectivity issues we experienced today have been resolved at this time. All prescriptions delayed during this episode have been delivered. All new prescriptions are processing normally at this time.

Our teams will be monitoring our network throughout the weekend. If you have any questions, please contact the DrFirst Support Team at (866) 263-6512 or by emailing customercare@drfirst.com.

Thank you for your patience as we worked to resolve this issue. We apologize for the inconvenience.

place of service codes

crystalp 7 years ago in Time Module updated by Shauna 7 years ago 4

Does anyone use place of service code "other unlisted facility 99" when meeting with a client in a place that is not identified in any of the other place codes, ie a Starbucks?

We have normally only used this code for travel time/mileage codes. Thanks

Users have reported that clients aren't appearing in the Payments module. We're working with the engineers to resolve this issue. You can have clients appear by selecting a location at the top of the Payments module in the filters or by going to the Clients module, opening the client, and clicking the "Payments" link.

KNOWN ISSUES: Problems with MN MA claims and eligibility

Kevin Holmes 7 years ago in Known Issues updated 7 years ago 3

This is just a warning that there are several ongoing issues with MN MA this week. In addition to problems with eligibility, there are problems with claim submission as well.

In the electronic module, if your claim submissions are coming back from MN MA with a status of "No Response", you can do one of two things. One option is to do nothing, and hope that MA will process these claims eventually (there may just be a delay in their response time). OR you can resubmit these claims "just in case".

If you resend the claims that have a status of "no-response", you run the risk of receiving duplicate denials because of the resubmission.

If we hear any updates from the state that these issues have been resolved, we will update this issue again.
