Continued Slowness
Hello,
Are other users continuing to experience periods of slow response with Procentive? We are having a slow morning. We had a few days last week with periods of slow responses. Thanks!
Issues Logging In
Is anyone else having issues logging into Procentive today? One of our staff is unable to log in, he keeps getting a message saying "502 bad gateway", has tried several different browsers, cleared his cache, tried his cell phone and laptop. I'm not sure if this is related, but, using Chrome, I have a different login page than normal (using Firefox, it looks the same as before).

Does anyone have any resources or recommendations for sources of best practice for when, what and how to document non-clinical interaction in the client record?
That is, content contained in client related tickets, notes, and contact logs.

Hello! I was recently made a Champion, but still do not have the option to send a ticket to Procentive (the little check box for "send to Procentive" is missing). I tried sending a message via Knowledge Hub for assistance over a week ago and haven't received a response, and the only option when calling for "Customer Support" is to either create a ticket or speak with a Champion. I've scoured everything I can find on the topic and have yet to figure out how to fix this issue. Anyone have any ideas?
Procentive issues
Is anyone else having issues with Procentive? We can't post payments. We can't send out billing. We can't create statements. When we click on save or check, the computer just spins like it's trying to proceed but doesn't complete the task. I've done a help ticket to Procentive but I haven't received a response.
Please vote on my suggestion- Travel Time Add Improvements
I have asked Procentive to fix an issue with Time Adds for Travel claims.. They won't consider suggestion until it gets votes. Could you please take a minute and vote.

SSL Cert. Expired?
I believe Procentive's SSL certificate has expired. I am unable to login because of this issue; is anyone else running into the same error?

Medication Management
Hello everyone,
I am wondering if there is anyone who currently bills for medication management and would be willing to talk/email with me regarding getting things set up to start billing for this. She will also be doing e-prescribing.
We recently hired a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner to provide medication management, which is a new service for us. I am wanting to get everything set up for her as well as educate myself before she starts mid July.

Update Issues
So since the update I find the the sort function in any given function area is a problem. Not sure that is a useful update. I can no longer sort in Time model under residential so I have to scroll and find the location in a random list. In the ERA module sorting by payer no longer efficient either.
