Mental Health IOP

Hi, I am new to contracting and my supervisor wants me to get us set up for IOP for mental health.  I see some insurers require us to be contracted as a facility but others, it does not look that way.  Do you know, do we need to be contracted as a facility and bill on a UB04 or as a clinic and bill on the HCFA with the H2019 codes?  any help is very much appreciated as I am quite confused.

Procentive slowness

I know there have been a few tickets lately but I wanted to start a new one because of the upgrades that took place this past weekend.  We are still experiencing slowness throughout our system.   Others have indicated in other tickets that this is an ongoing concern, but specifically today are others experiencing slower-than-normal performance?

Staff scheduling software

Good day, 

We have several (35+) DBT and COD groups that meet daily/weekly. As our programs have grown, it's become increasingly difficult and time consuming for our admin team to manage staffing changes and coverage for groups with staff vacations, sick days, snow storms, etc.  


Does anyone have a staff scheduling software they can recommend?

Repeated "session errors"

Has anyone else been experiencing random & frequent "session errors?"

I've tried clearing out cookies, cache, browsing history, download history, with no luck.  

This specifically happens consistently, when I try to open a module in a new tab, which I have been doing for as long as I can remember.  Also having the same problem when I click on "Help" and "Chat" which is why I'm posting here.

I'm currently using Chrome on Mac.

The session errors have been resolved as of yesterday, 1/8/2018

We are wondering if anyone has billed for multi-family group sessions without client present. If so under what CPT code?

We found CPT code 90849- Multiple-family group psychotherapy, however the description states when the patient is present with his or her family, as well as other patients and families for 50 minutes.  Any information provided is appreciated.
