Procentive issues

Is anyone else having issues with Procentive?  We can't post payments.  We can't send out billing.  We can't create statements.  When we click on save or check, the computer just spins like it's trying to proceed but doesn't complete the task.  I've done a help ticket to Procentive but I haven't received a response.

I just received a response saying they are aware of the issue and they are working on it.
