KNOWN ISSUE: Existing Diagnoses Not Saving When Updated

We want to inform you that we are aware of a known issue of diagnoses previously entered in the Clients Module > Client Profile > Diagnosis Tab and updated are not saving correctly. We want to assure you that we are actively working to resolve this issue as quickly as possible.

location dropdown not matching locations module

Having an issue with my Time Module location dropdown when adding a group/service, it's not matching my actual locations in the Location Module. Shouldn't it? If not, how can I make a change to that dropdown?

Telephonic - Per MN DHS ending July 1, 2023

According to MN DHS Telehealth still includes telephonic (telephone/audio-only) services until July 1, 2023.  Many of our clinic therapists use telephonic services for their clients, who live in rural areas, especially those that do not have internet or may have an unstable internet signal.  It is hard to believe that telephone services would no longer be billable, due to the mental health crisis that our communities are still in.  Does anyone know anything more about this?  Is anyone else concerned about the end date?

We want to inform you that we are aware of a known issue when trying to open the Diagnosis tab within a client’s profile. Currently, users are receiving an error when trying to access this area. We want to assure you that we are actively working to resolve this issue as quickly as possible.
