Digital Signature Password Change
Hello Procentive community,
I am confused by the Procentive Product Update email I just received.
The email reported that if your signature password "includes a character", you will have to reset it by tomorrow. In common computer lingo, a character is any letter, number, space, punctuation mark, or symbol. So, does everyone will need to reset their password? Or did you mean something other than "character"?
In addition, forcing a password change on all/most/even some of my agencies users with hardly any warning is frightening for this IT guy. I will report back with any disruption of business operations for my agency due to this change.

Yes the bottom line is that digital signatures CAN include special character.
Could you please send a ticket to our support desk with the details of your situation, which form and which screen would not accept the password. Thank you.

When new clients are admitted into residential, teh guardian signs 10+ Procentive documents.. What method does your agency use to organize those documents so whoever is doing the intake does not miss documents and it makes for an efficient process?

We are new users and are wondering if there are any apps we can use to utilize our Iphones to be used in lieu of an electronic signature pad
Multiple service locations and a Central billing location
I received a letter, this week, from DHS stating that they have not received any claims, for the past 12 months, for one of my locations, so they are terminating the enrollment for that location. I bill weekly to DHS for this location. After lengthy phone calls and wait times, DHS is suggesting that the Procentive Billing Provider Loop 2010AA, Segment NMI, N3 and N4 need to be listed as the location of service and not our Central Billing location address... has anyone else received one of these letters and if so, what did you do about it?
substance abuse disorder
I was wondering if any providers have ran into issues with billing when the diagnosis of a substance abuse disorder was listed. I know it cannot be listed as a primary diagnosis. I would think as long as it is not a primary diagnosis, it shouldn't impact reimbursement.
Has anyone ran into issues with this?
"This page isn't working" error
All morning, I have gotten "This page isn't working" error on all the modules I enter. I have shut down, cleared cookies, cleaned my history, etc. and nothing is helping. I'm trying to work, and get so far, and then it errors me out again. I only have 2 tabs up right now, so I'm not going overboard with information like other days. Any way to avoid this message so I can get some work done today? I'm using Google Chrome browser
DBT claims with Straight MA denying CO 8
Has anyone else recently (in the last month or 2) received denials for DBT services (H2019 U1 and H2019 U1 HQ) from straight MA with denial reason CO 8? We called a month ago and got case #'s bc they didn't know the issue. Called today and they was still not un update on the cases we gave them but the rep I talked to mentioned 'they' recently termed DBT certifications for providers and didn't let any providers or 'us' (I think she means the call center reps) know. She said they have been getting a lot of calls bc of this. One denied claim she checked for us, she said it shows the provider DBT certification termed 10/14/14, which we know it really has not termed. Rep stated they want providers to resend in their DBT certifications again.
