New and Expiring ICD10 Codes Starting October 1, 2017
You may be aware that on Saturday, September 30 there are certain ICD-10 diagnoses that will expire. These expired diagnoses will be replaced by updated codes on October 1.
Please familiarize yourself with the list of changes (below) in preparation for this change. The new ICD-10 codes have been added to the Procentive master list and can be added to your Diagnosis Module at any time.
For your convenience the full 2018 ICD-10 Table and Index (PDF, published by CMS) is available here (obtained from CMS.gov).
Each agency is responsible for adding and removing diagnoses as they deem necessary based on the services they provide. For a guide on updating your Diagnoses Module, please see this article on our Knowledge Hub.
Please be sure to update the diagnoses for clients as necessary to avoid any delays in payment. This is best achieved using Report 3701 Complete Client Diagnosis Search which reports all clients with the selected diagnosis.
Any expired diagnoses submitted on claims for DOS 10/01/2017 and later will be rejected. For assistance with these rejections please review this new article on our Knowledge Hub.
If you need further assistance please submit a ticket to the Procentive Support Desk.

Form K100130 GAD-7 Anxiety-Allows clients to select 2 or more answers
Does anyone else use this Procentive form? Clients can select two or more answers for each question which creates an invalid score. To correct this programming error, Procentive is requiring us to create a custom form just for our agency. Before we did, I wanted to get feedback from other agencies as I imagine this is a correction that everyone would want, not just us.

Who scans directly into Procentive using a Networked Scanner?
Hello. This question come from the ProCare Customer Success Team. We are researching solutions for scanning directly into Procentive. We are looking to speak with anyone who is scanning directly into Procentive from a scanner that is connected to an internal network (not a desk top scanner). Please leave your responses in the comments or contact me directly at pat@procentive.com. Thank you.

Blue Plus Payments
Is anyone else experiencing Blue Plus paying less (over $40 less) per each 90837. It looks like this started around July 1st? I called Blue Plus, the Rep was unaware of any fee schedule changes and he submitted a ticket to have it get looked at. Since then, I have had two other mental health clinics in our area report that they are also receiving a lower payment. Is this affecting anyone else?

Removing Private Templates
It took me awhile to get the hang of creating templates, and so mine are just littered with templates which I created but don't use anymore. Is it possible for me to remove or inactivate those so I don't need to sift through a bunch of them to find the one I need?

Using tablets in your office?
Can anyone share experiences using tablets for collecting data in your offices? Please include the type/browser with your comments. thank you!

In Time module individual view for group therapy service lines suggestion
Within the Time module it would be very helpful if the service lines when viewed under the individual tab, displayed the actual times of service which currently only shows under group view. It is difficult when trying to monitor and delete duplicate service lines in which a client receives 3 to 4 service lines per day (day treatment) to either delete of fix the proper indiual service line without the specific time listed .
