Electronic Rejections for Unbalanced COB- when the COB is balanced

s beaulieu 2 months ago in Billing/Electronic Modules updated 2 months ago 4

Suddenly most of my Secondary clams are rejected for Unbalanced COB. But the COBS are balanced. I heard through one clinic this is a known issue-but can't find anything about it here. Please post this as a known issue so we can be udpated. This is quite a big issue that we can't bill to secondary insurances anymore. Thank you!

Withdrawal Management Claims - MA

Heather L. Heim 9 months ago in User Group Help updated 9 months ago 2

I'm having an extremely difficult time getting a 245F withdrawal management claim to pay when billed out of Procentive to MA - both the treatment code with the room & board and only the room & board after it was billed to a PMAP.  I've spent an extensive amount of time on this in the last two weeks with Procentive and the MHCP provider trainer.  Here's what's happening:

Claims are being denied for units not matching date range (they do) and no DAANES entry (there is).  When I last spoke with the provider trainer, she advised me that our claims are coming into their system as a hospital claim and searching for DRG rates.  Procentive has confirmed that all of my settings are correct and that the claim going out the door all looks correct as well.  They did make one suggestion - I've been including all the dx codes given for a client on the claim and they suggested trying only the primary diagnosis.  I'll run a test claim that way as soon as I have one to run.

I'd love to know if anyone else has experienced this issue, and if not, how are you successfully getting your 245F claims to pay by MA?

Website forms and Procentive interface

Heather FM 1 year ago in Client Portal 0

We are building a new website for our mental health agency. As part of the website we would like to have a section for new clients that are looking for therapy services to be able to complete an intake form that will alert us they would like to start services. Is there a platform that Procentive is compatible with or does Procentive have the ability to do this to connect to a website and have the information potential clients provide auto pop/flow into Procentive from the form?

Has Procentive ever thought about adding a Kiosk for clients and visitors to sign in and out of the facility?  Something that can be recorded in their file?
