Can anyone give me suggestions as to how we can get paid for two different psychotherapy groups that are offered on the same day? We currently have a women's group and a parenting group with clients in both group. Since we are billing a "90853", the system will only allow us to bill for this once in a day. Thoughts?

What modifiers do you use when billing clinical trainees under supervision to the different payers? Here's what I know for sure: BCBS- U7, Preferred One- U7, I think all of the PMAPS and MA want HN on the claims. Does anyone know for other payers? Thanks

I am searching for the correct ICD10 code for a client who was seen for a Diagnostic Assessment but has no diagnosis. In the ICD10 book I found Z71.1. Has anyone used this dx code? Was it covered?

Is anyone using Place of Service 53 (Community Mental Health Center) when billing? If so, what are you doing with the upcoming changes Blue Cross Blue Shield is making to this Place of Service? Or has anyone heard if other payers will be making this change also?
