KNOWN ISSUE: State of MN is having problems with Eligibility -- AND CLAIMS

The State of MN is having problems processing eligibility requests. They are working on a solution and will let us know once their system has been fixed. We will post updates here once we have them. Thank you!

MA has been down since yesterday morning, and with this being the 1st, Eligibility also won't work until they're back up. We have no ETA from them of when this will happen.

Right now, claims aren't going through and eligibility isn't working.

We've been informed by the State of MN (DHS)that their systems are down and have been down since early morning November 30th. You'll receive No Response messages on claims submitted and Eligibility reports will not come back during this outage. DHS does not have an ETA on when this will be resolved, however we'll update here as soon as we know more.

For claims, please hold off on resending them until they're back up as well as eligibility checks.

UPDATE: Real-time Eligibility for MA is up and running. We still do not know if other issues at MA have been resolved or not, but as soon as we have more information we will update this post again.

The delay in claims processing at MN MA has been resolved now, too.
