In the process of deleting 500+ reports for a proxy client, some reports for other clients (all recently added) were also deleted.  I used my shift key when selecting multiple reports.  Has anyone experienced this or have suggestions how to delete multiple reports at one time.  Not sure how I removed reports for multiple clients when I thought I was working with only one client.

Slow Response/Timing in Procentive

Has anyone been experiencing slow speeds of access to Procentive the past week or so?  I've had several comments within our company and am not sure if it is our network.

Repeated Logouts

Anyone else get logged out of Procentive between the hours and 3 and 4 everyday?  This has been going on for weeks for me.

Pharmacy

Does anyone bill for Pharmacy services?  We have a PharmD (Doctor of Pharmacy) on staff and are trying to figure out how she can bill for MTMS (Medication Therapy Management Services).  We have been told by MN DHS (MA) that we can bill the codes related to this service.  The issue I am having now is that some of the clients also have Medicare.  We can only bill for Medicare Part B.  With her degree this would fall under Medicare Part D, which we are not able to enroll in because we do not have a pharmacy onsite. 


Any help would be much appreciated.

Ticket Module

We are unable to access tickets in the Ticketing Module. I don't know if this is just our account, or all accounts. One of my clinicians emailed me about the issue, and then I tried and found I was unable to access tickets as well. I was thinking this community posting would be better than sending a ticket, in case it is system-wide. I will try sending a ticket as well, just in case.

Our Systems Engineers have identified and resolved the source of this issue. You should be able to access the ticketing module once again.

Mental Health Billing/Coding Training

Hello,


Not Procentive related but I feel this is a great place I can come to for support on the administrative side of things.  Im wondering if anyone is aware or knows of any billing/coding trainings held in the area that are specific to mental health codes.  Ive worked with mostly CTSS codes which are pretty straight forward but as our practice starts to offer new services Im hoping for support on billing more private pay payers. 


Idea...Can Procentive's Bill Care offer any Billing Trainings???

Issues getting booted out of Procentive when working in appointments, clients, clinical charting and payments modules

Have any other clinics been experiencing issues of getting booted out to sign in screen when working in Procentive?  We have been experiencing issues in both Chrome and Internet Explorer where we get booted out of Procentive while working, so in the middle of scheduling an appointment, typing a clinical note, or applying payments.  It seems like it is happening often late morning and in the afternoon intermittently?  We check our internet connection and we are staying connected to our programs which operate on a Remote App server so we need internet connection for those programs and are not loosing connection with that, so we don't feel it is on our end.  Just curious if anyone else is also experiencing any of these issues as well?  Thank for your feedback.
