Telehealth/PreferredOne

Hello,


Does anyone have any experience billing telehealth to PreferredOne? I am trying to determine what codes need to be used.

When we bill telehealth we used the normal 908 psychotherapy codes with the "GT" modifier and POS of 11.  I dont believe there are any special codes for telehealth - just the modifier.

We bill with the Modifier GT as well as use the place of service "2" for telehealth. Some places don't use the modifier, only the place of service.
