Ticket Module

We are unable to access tickets in the Ticketing Module. I don't know if this is just our account, or all accounts. One of my clinicians emailed me about the issue, and then I tried and found I was unable to access tickets as well. I was thinking this community posting would be better than sending a ticket, in case it is system-wide. I will try sending a ticket as well, just in case.

Our Systems Engineers have identified and resolved the source of this issue. You should be able to access the ticketing module once again.

I'm getting the "Procentive has encountered an error" screen when I try to open any of my existing tickets.

I'm experiencing the same issues. I cannot access existing tickets and receive the same error message. I was able to "create" a new ticket alerting Pro of this issue.

We are also having issues.  I sent a CRISIS ticket to Procentive.  Hoping it is addressed soon.
