We are aware that In- Office Kiosk is not working correctly. Our team is working to resolve this issue in a timely manner and we appreciate your patience as we work on remedying this.


Kiosking via the Client Portal is still functioning normally. If your agency uses the Client Portal, please use this as a workaround while we work to fix In-Office Kiosk functionality

In-Office Kiosk is now working again. If you are continuing to experience difficulty with In-Office Kiosk please submit a ticket to Procentive detailing what you are experiencing.

KNOWN ISSUE: Ticketing Attachments

Currently, attaching outside documents to a ticket is not functional; we are working towards a resolution. In the meantime, if you need to send an outside attachment to Procentive please submit a ticket requesting that we look at an outside attachment and we will assist you in transferring it to us in a secure manner.

Staff meeting guidelines

Does anyone else miss the vertical visual guidelines in the "staff meeting" tab on the appointments? We lost this function in the update. It used to have a green line on the left at the beginning of the appt. time and a red line on the right at the end of the appt. time, making it easy to delineate the column with the time you were checking staff availability for. 


I have a ticket into procentive and they are going to consider this, but I'm just wondering if anyone else used this and is missing it!

Add codes 80305 and 80307 for Drug Screening

We are adding codes 80305 and 80307 for billing Drug Screens/Urinalysis. Does anyone presently use these codes? Is there a revenue code that needs to be billed with it? Or is there any modifiers? Should it be set up as an institutional claim or a professional claim? Any assistance will be appreciated. Thanks.

typing

Very odd and sporadic issue here, so I wanted to see if anyone else in the community has seen it.  A few staff have reported that typing is delayed on Procentive.  When the staff is typing, the computer (or website) has to "catch up".  The same staff that had the problem had no issues on other sites or email, etc.


I was able to check out one of the systems yesterday, and it had no recent programs installed, no malware, no recent updates, etc.  I cleared the internet cache, and let them try again.  The problem still existed on Procentive.


Not even really looking for a solution here, just seeing if anyone has the same trouble!  Thanks.

Known Issue: Faxing Down

We have been notified that Faxage (the faxing company we partner with to send and receive faxes) has an issue with their server currently being down. 


We are in the process of gathering information in regards to what will happen with incoming and outgoing faxes that are currently in the queue, as well as asking for an estimated fix time.  When we receive an answer, we will post the updates here.

KNOWN ISSUE: MN MA Eligibility and Claims Down

Procentive has received the following communication from MN MA (DHS):


      We will be performing work to upgrade several systems on Friday, July 20, 2018, from 6 p.m. until 6 a.m. 

      Monday, July 23, 2018. This work will affect all functions in MN–ITS, Core 2, and SFTP. The following billing
      and eligibility resources will not be available:
          • Direct Data Entry (DDE)
          • Applications and systems that require users to log in to MN–ITS
          • Eligibility verification, including phone verifications
          • Batch files submitted through secure FTP
          • eDocs document library

      Watch the Provider news and updates page for announcements and more information about availability.


What This Means for You

MN MA Eligibility and Claim Submission through Procentive will be inoperable from today (7/20) at 6 pm until 6 am Monday (7/23).


Please refrain from submitting any claims to MN MA via Procentive during this time as they will not go through.

psych diagnostic code?

Does anyone have experience billing MA or other payers for 90801 (psychiatric diagnostic interview examination)? One of our clinicians thought it was being "phased out" (ie not paid) and we should remove it from our codes sheet. 


Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated!

Waiver for client's to sign if they are requesting text reminders.

Dose anyone know is it a requirement to have a waiver signed by the patient if they are receiving text reminders for thier appointments?  The waiver would list a disclaimer that text/data rates may apply if they elect to receive auto text reminders for their appointments.  Any information you can provide would be appreciated.
