Copay issues - how to show where an old copay was applied when it's now an "applied credit"

Betsie F. fa 6 anys en User Group Help actualitzat fa 6 anys 4

How do people show their clients exactly how their copays were applied, when the copay has been turned into a "credit applied"?  Sometimes clients wants to know which copay they missed a long time ago (like in 2016) and sometimes a client wants a list of all copays they've made, showing on which DOS they were allocated, to submit to their flex-spending account.

In order to make them an actual "list," we have to print out a list of their payments, then for all of the "applied credits," try to figure out which copay date might have been applied to it. This often takes a very long time to research.  What do the rest of you do to show exactly where a copay was allocated, when it has turned into an applied credit?

Our clinic is currently set up with only the option of being Independent Contractors. We are exploring the possibility of developing an employee option/employee benefits package as well. Has anyone been through this process or  have suggestions about options and/or where to go to develop this?

Charging County Insurance Clients for No Shows and Late Cancels

Paula fa 6 anys en Industry News/Discussion actualitzat fa 6 anys 1

I understand that we must accept payment in full, regarding billed claims, when our clients have a county insurance.  My question is.... is it permissible to directly charge a client, with county insurance, a fee if they Late Cancel and/or No Show.  We do have it addressed in our financial contract, which is signed by each new client.

appointment log

There is a change log for the client module but what about being able to view a detailed change log for the appointment module?  I know you can click on the log tab and see the changes made to that specific appointment but what if the client name was accidentally changed and you want to find out who the original appointment was made for?

Our facility is new to Procentive. We are being asked to submit medical records for one of our clients. What is the best way to gather a record set to fax out to a requesting facility?

Personal needs funds

Is anyone using Proccentive to manage Personal Needs Funds?  We are looking at adding a payer in Procentive to help us track personal needs funds. Is anyone currently doing this? If so how do you track in procentive?
