
text appointment reminders
For the past couple of weeks, we have had multiple clients say they didn't get an automated text appointment reminder. The Procentive log says messages were sent. We put in a ticket and heard back that Procentive did not believe it's an issue on their end.
These are clients who have received the reminders with no issues in the past, and suddenly, many clients of several therapists are now not getting them and missing appointments. Any ideas? Or is this happening to you?

Our facility is wanting to start directly scanning into procentive. Have others had luck with it and what scanners have you had the best luck with or bad luck with? Thanks everyone :)

Medical Services Complexity U5 Modifier with H2035
I am trying to get some information/clarity around using the U5 Modifier when billing out H2035.
- Does anyone else bill using this modifier?
- Can anyone explain this Modifier to me? I am not having much luck on the old google machine!

Staff scheduling software
Good day,
We have several (35+) DBT and COD groups that meet daily/weekly. As our programs have grown, it's become increasingly difficult and time consuming for our admin team to manage staffing changes and coverage for groups with staff vacations, sick days, snow storms, etc.
Does anyone have a staff scheduling software they can recommend?

What reports do you find helpful when checking on Contractor work, specifically payments?
Can a LPCC conduct a Rule 25 Assessment?
Not at all related to billing! I just want to know if LPCC, LICSW, or LMFT can conduct a Rule 25? OR does it HAVE to be a LADC who does it?
