KNOWN ISSUES: Unable to Kiosk Clinical Forms
When attempting to Kiosk forms or send forms via Client Portal, clicking the "kiosk" link in Clinical/Charting or Clients Modules will open the window but does not load. This is also happening in the Appointments Module "Have client fill out form at home/on kiosk" link. We are currently working to resolve this issue and hope to have it resolved shortly.

Does anyone have any tips for helping staff remember to bill 90785 Interactive Complexity as appropriate?
Data Measurables/Outcomes
Is anyone aware of any reports or data functions Procentive currently has to provide us with accurate information regarding number of new clients, starts, etc.?
KNOWN ISSUES: Slowness or Disconnected from Procentive
We are experiencing a delay in loading and you may experience being disconnected from Procentive. We are looking into this right now and hope to have this resolved shortly.
Last night, we made some changes behind the scenes that, we believe, have helped to resolve this issue.
However, if your staff continue to get kicked out of Procentive, please send a ticket to the help desk with as much detail as possible. If you can tell us the exact time the problem happened, the name of the staff person involved, the module they were in, what task they were performing, etc. -- all of these details will help us.
I am going to leave this past as "Under Review" for another day or so, just to make sure we have this fully resolved for everyone.

Increasing Fees
Has anyone increased their fees they have billed for?
If so, is the only place this needs to be changed in the Payers Module, Rates Tab, Codes Sub-tab? Then of course, changed in all other payers that this would apply to?
If a MN provider/facility: Do you add in the MN Care Tax charge as a line item?
Curious to know how other MN Providers use Procentive to track MN Care Tax, and if they pass this onto the client? If you do pass along to client, how do you have this set up in Procentive?

KNOWN ISSUES: Client search error
There is an error being triggered when using the search tool in the clients module. We anticipate this being fixed very soon and will post an update once it is.

Having issues this morning searching clients. Try searching and it keeps erroring out. Tried logging out and logging back in but did not change.

Collaborative Care Billing Codes
Hearing that the CMS is establishing collaborative care billing codes got my hopes up that my therapists who specialize in children could begin billing for time they spend collaborating with teachers, PCA's, other providers etc.. But looking more closely at the specifics it appears these codes are only for primary providers. Does anyone know how to bill for time spent collaborating on behalf of a patient? Or is that time always considered part of the in-session billing code (i.e 90837)?
