Third Party Online Payments
Hello,
Our clinic was greatly anticipating the arrival of the client module, and with it, the ability for clients to be able to make online payments. It sounds like the payment piece is still a ways off. We are looking into other (third party) options. If you can answer any or all of the following questions or provide some insight we would greatly appreciate it!
1. What types of online payment options do you offer?
a. Through what company?
2. What is a cheap yet reliable option that you use or may be considering?
3. Are the fees charged by many of the bigger companies worth it?
90853 code
Can anyone give me suggestions as to how we can get paid for two different psychotherapy groups that are offered on the same day? We currently have a women's group and a parenting group with clients in both group. Since we are billing a "90853", the system will only allow us to bill for this once in a day. Thoughts?

I am searching for the correct ICD10 code for a client who was seen for a Diagnostic Assessment but has no diagnosis. In the ICD10 book I found Z71.1. Has anyone used this dx code? Was it covered?

Place of Service - 53
Is anyone using Place of Service 53 (Community Mental Health Center) when billing? If so, what are you doing with the upcoming changes Blue Cross Blue Shield is making to this Place of Service? Or has anyone heard if other payers will be making this change also?
