Hello,
Our clinic was greatly anticipating the arrival of the client module, and with it, the ability for clients to be able to make online payments. It sounds like the payment piece is still a ways off. We are looking into other (third party) options. If you can answer any or all of the following questions or provide some insight we would greatly appreciate it!
1. What types of online payment options do you offer?
a. Through what company?
2. What is a cheap yet reliable option that you use or may be considering?
3. Are the fees charged by many of the bigger companies worth it?

HI Joe,
I know this is an old thread, but I was just checking in to see if and how you resolved this?
Thank you,
If you use the payment vendor that's integrated through Procentive, now you can take payments through the client portal (though the training material on KnowledgeHub does not include this feature). We just started using the client portal so I'm not sure if we've had any clients try to pay through it yet.
Hello,
CMS (Contact Management Solutions) is who Procentive is integrated with in order to process payments through Procentive. As Katie mentioned above, when you are integrated with CMS, you have the ability to also accept client payments via the Client Portal System.
CMS will match, or beat your existing processor (if you have one) so it is a great feature to look in to through Procentive.
If you'd like more information on how to connect with CMS, and the set up process please send in a Help Desk ticket to Procentive and we will be happy to assist you.
Thank you
