Extended Maintenance Window

We regret to inform you that the scheduled maintenance window will need to be extended for an additional 14 hours. This means the system will now be ready for you to access closer to June 23rd at 8 am CST.

Please continue to check back here for updates with more information on when you can anticipate accessing the system. We will notify you should the system be available sooner.

Billing medical out of procentive

Hello! 

I am wondering anyone who also billed medical services out of Procentive and if anyone had any good ideas/ systems they use for DX codes. Our issue for our NP who is now onsite is the DX  codes that save .. don't hold a description next to them. So every time she enters time she needs to re search each one to make sure they still apply to the client. 

This is very time consuming .. any advice would be great!!

ERA - MN-ITS - Modifier

Hello, we have recently starting billing using the UC modifier (UC = HH + U5) for Complex Medical Services. 

We are getting service agreements approved with the new Modifier even for our MICD clients. This way we can always under bill or have prior approval if the client upgrades their treatment from MICD to Complex/Co-occurring. 


We were told that since UC is a combiniation that include HH if we bill the HH rate they will only pay that. My question is when we look at the MN-ITS website we see they are paying the MICD rate; however, it shows the UC modifier still. Does it matter if the Modifier on the ERA does not match the treatment exactly. Again, they pay the correct rate. 


Just seems a bit weird to me.

Credit Card Processing through Procentive

I just love the feature of processing credit cards through Procentive with CMS.  The process is SO quick and smooth,  If you have been thinking about transitioning, I would encourage you to do it!  It will be worth it!

signature pad recommendation for use on a thin client/terminal server

Our agency uses thin clients to access our terminal server. We purchased the Topaz T-S460 electronic signature pad and it cannot be configured on our network, rather it requires a tower to be downloaded onto. Looking for recommendations - thanks!

BCBS PMAP Claims Processing incorrectly

Anyone else having issues with denials from BCBS PMAP through Amerigroup on Outpatient treatment denying when billing for multiple sessions? We have been having a lot of issues with this new BCBS PMAP Amerigroup arrangement.

Ucare Internal Audit

Just got message from our Ucare rep saying they did an internal audit and need to recoup. Sounds like there was an internal issue. Did anyone else get called/emailed about this?
