I believe Procentive's SSL certificate has expired. I am unable to login because of this issue; is anyone else running into the same error?

Medication Management
Hello everyone,
I am wondering if there is anyone who currently bills for medication management and would be willing to talk/email with me regarding getting things set up to start billing for this. She will also be doing e-prescribing.
We recently hired a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner to provide medication management, which is a new service for us. I am wanting to get everything set up for her as well as educate myself before she starts mid July.

FYE - Using an "Enter Here" icon for Logout???
Does anyone (other than me) find it amusing/confounding/disconcerting/confusing that Procentive now uses an "Enter Here" icon (usually seen at restrooms when traveling) :
to Logout, rather than an Exit / Leave / Sign Out / Logout icon??? (a few variations below)
Or am I not paying enough attention to my icons?

Comprehensive Assessments that result in no diagnosis
Hello,
We are struggling to get claims paid when a comprehensive assessment result in a no diagnosis - diagnosis.
Assessment are to figure out if in fact someone has a SUD. Sometimes they do not.
Has anyone used a specific no diagnosis code they have been able to get paid?

change link missing from client dashboard
The change link that used to be in the upper right corner of the the dashboards is missing.

Update Issues
So since the update I find the the sort function in any given function area is a problem. Not sure that is a useful update. I can no longer sort in Time model under residential so I have to scroll and find the location in a random list. In the ERA module sorting by payer no longer efficient either.

Kiosk module?
In the recent update, it says there is now a kiosk module. I've updated staff roles, etc., and do not see a Kiosk module. I'm the champion and don't even see it. Is anyone else having this issue?
