A client is seeing a clinically supervised therapist. The client's primary insurance does NOT allow clinically supervised therapists but their secondary does. How do I bill?

Change in PMI numbers

Rochelle Garcia hace 7 años en Payments/ERA Modules actualizado por crystalp hace 7 años 4

Has anyone noticed that some of their client's PMI numbers have completely changed? I have had quite a few clients who have had the same PMI number for years and when I search MN–ITS it states it inactive but come to find out they have a completely new number.  Ive used names and DOB but get errors.  Not sure if this has happened to anyone or if you have any suggestions on where to find this information. Someone mentioned it could be because of the MN Sure market.  Is there a place for providers to check there? or just stick to MN–ITS?

Reserve company resources without making a client appointment

Jonathan Beulke hace 7 años en Appointments Module actualizado por Sheryl Martin hace 7 años 7

Does anyone know of a way to reserve resources such as conference rooms, vehicles, etc. without needing to make a client appointment?

For example, a staff needs to reserve a vehicle every other Friday to run on facility errands, but will not be taking any clients with him.  Currently, it appears we are unable to make an "appointment" in the appointments module without having a client associated with the appointment.  We do not want to make a fake client profile just to be able reserve something.

Does anyone have any ideas how we can accomplish this?  I'm wondering if I'm just missing something.

Thank you!

Rule 25 Diagnosis codes

mboron hace 7 años en ICD-10/DSM5 actualizado por Kim Ross hace 7 años 6

When providing a Rule 25 and billing H0001, if the client does not have a Substance use disorder, what DX code are you using on the claim in order to get the service provided paid.  We have used Z65.8, BCBS is denying it stating it is not a Chemical Health DX code.

Thanks!

Melissa

Printing in Client Module

Denise Gardner hace 7 años en Clients Module actualizado por Ashley M hace 7 años 4

I am trying to print staff lists in the Client module. I usually use the small printer icon on the bottom of the screen. I am getting an error message in both Explorer and Chrome and have cleared the cache in both. Anyone else having this issue?

Travel Codes

Jill hace 8 años en Billing/Electronic Modules 0

I have noticed in the last couple of months that the out of state BCBS policies are denying the travel code (H0046) as CO instead of PR which is also causing a denial from the secondary.  What have others done as a work around to this?
