Changing recurring appointments?

When staff changes a recurring appointment to a different time or day, etc, and they to "change all" and save, Procentive changes ALL appointments, even past appointments and deleted appointments (the deleted appointments are repopulated). These then show up on the 1300 report as Appointments without Service Lines. When, in fact, they are not! Has anyone else figured out a solution to this problem? (Merry Christmas everyone!)

Assessments completed outside of facility

We do assessments outside of our facility. We bill the clients insurance company. We want to tract monthly how many we are providing at each facility and be able to follow up how many become our clients. Any suggestions out there?

Help with ICD10 and DSM

After the phone conference I am more confused then I was originally. Do we still use the DSM V for diagnostic criteria or is only using the Blue and Green book for ICD-10 ok? Why does the Blue and Green book have 4th and 5th digits that are not in ICD-10? Please help.

Has anyone started to use the code 90899 (Clinical Care Consultation)? I looked on the updated MHCP fee schedule and there is no rate. When I called Customer Service I was unable to get an answer as well. I hoping someone on here has started billing this code and could share what the rate of reimbursement was. Thanks!
