We have several (35+) DBT and COD groups that meet daily/weekly. As our programs have grown, it's become increasingly difficult and time consuming for our admin team to manage staffing changes and coverage for groups with staff vacations, sick days, snow storms, etc.  

Does anyone have a staff scheduling software they can recommend?

What reports do you find helpful when checking on Contractor work, specifically payments?

Not at all related to billing! I just want to know if LPCC, LICSW, or LMFT can conduct a Rule 25? OR does it HAVE to be a LADC who does it?

Good morning,

Anyone in the community have any problems printing client statements, Report #3560?

We cannot load the statements for us to print them. We are receiving a) an error message - file error - file not found. b) Procentive is attempting to load the report but nothing populates. 

Does anyone use the Forcasting Tab Under Staff?  I am not seeing anywhere on how to use this tab.  Any help would be helpful?

Does anyone have a couples intake, DA and Treatment plan along with progress note they want to share or are willing to share ?

We are not a medicare facility. We are wondering if anyone has successfully billed out CCDTF funding from the county when given service authorization if a patient has medicare primary? The counties are saying it "overrides" if they are giving a service authorization but we are getting a kick back due to other payer.  

 It appears that when I use an HN modifier for BCBS (Amerigroup for medicaid clients) claims are incorrectly paying as if we are a Rule 29 clinic (physician's rate of pay).  How do I identify a supervised clinician if I can't use the HN modifier?

Has anyone been paid for the new testing codes from Medicare?  We keep getting a denial that says "no referring provider listed."  Thanks in advance for your help.
