UCARE Collections

Shauna D. 3 lat temu w Payments/ERA Modules zaktualizowano 3 lat temu 4

Does anyone still have UCare Minnesota (new 2022 payer) claims that are sitting in 'pending' status on UCare site and not paid? Mine just hit 60 days. Looks like many of them are being manually processed  . . . I'm getting payments verrrrrry slowly trickling in.  I've been calling and hold time yesterday was 33 minutes and got 2 claims sent back for reprocessing.  Just looking to see if this is only me, or playing the waiting game all around.

How are you all posting the recent Ucare MNCare tax that was corrected mid March 2022?

We are trying to post the tax without doing all of the take backs. Has anyone figured out a way to post these more efficiently?

Today's UCare ERA

Does anyone have a zero dollar UCare ERA today that shows claims being paid and reversed?  I saw the notice on the UC provider portal about ERAs being delayed, but nothing about erroneous ERAs.  It's an ENTIRE batch of claims for us, not just one or two.

No Payments

Is anyone else missing payments from Blue Cross Blue Shield, Blue Plus, UCare, etc.? We are typically paid weekly on Wednesdays but only received payment from South Country so far... We received ERA's for all the companies so I know payment should be coming, just wondering if anyone else is noticing a delay?

ERA: Save All

The director for our facility and I were talking about the SAVE ALL feature or claims in the ERA systems. I read about it in the training module but have never used it. Does any group use this? If so any issues you have seen from it?

Is anyone else still waiting on their Blue Plus ERA's to come through in Procentive?

dealing with uncashed refund checks

Nancy S 3 lat temu w Payments/ERA Modules 0
I am preparing to send refund checks to clients who have overpaid but who are inactive and have not been seen in at least the last 6 months. It has been our experience that sometimes clients either don't bother to cash the check or have moved without a forwarding address. How do I get the overpayment off the books...or maybe just leave the check there with a note that it was not cashed?

Report needed - find a claim number

Shauna D. 3 lat temu w Payments/ERA Modules Ostatnio zmodyfikowane przez Trevor 3 lat temu 1

Hi all!

I had a writeoff come through on a Medicare ERA.  It's associated with a claim number (PRxxxxx).

Has anyone figured out an easy way to find which claim this is associated with?  I need to work it through and can't seem to find a report that has a claim number associated.  The reference number also doesn't pull anything up . . .

Thanks!

Shauna

Payments Window "Show" options

Can someone explain the difference between "Unpaid (All Inv. Items)" and "Unpaid (Inv. Items Only)" in the drop-down menu for "Show" in the Payments window?  I don't see this called out in the Knowledge Hub.  Thank you!

Reminder

I was wondering if anyone was aware of some sort of reminder tool in Procentive.  What im looking for is an option to make a note on a service line so that I can be reminded once the payment comes in I have a task to complete.  I know if I click on the pink note by a payment in the payment module a box comes up and you can enter something in the field and type in "date of next action" but how are you reminded of the next date? Is there something I need to turn on in the settings so I get these reminders?

Do you use something else in your office as a reminder/task list? Looking for suggestions.

Thanks
