

DBT claims with Straight MA denying CO 8
Has anyone else recently (in the last month or 2) received denials for DBT services (H2019 U1 and H2019 U1 HQ) from straight MA with denial reason CO 8? We called a month ago and got case #'s bc they didn't know the issue. Called today and they was still not un update on the cases we gave them but the rep I talked to mentioned 'they' recently termed DBT certifications for providers and didn't let any providers or 'us' (I think she means the call center reps) know. She said they have been getting a lot of calls bc of this. One denied claim she checked for us, she said it shows the provider DBT certification termed 10/14/14, which we know it really has not termed. Rep stated they want providers to resend in their DBT certifications again.

ERA's not matching up in Payments module
While I'm looking at payments (in the Payments module) I click on the ERA and it won't give me information for that specific provider. For instance, I'll want to see the MN-Its ERA for a DOS, and it will give me the ERA for their commercial insurance instead. Any reason why or can this get fixed?

Resend claims not working?
For two days now, my team has been trying to resend claims (from an invoice/claims tab) and all we get is a blank white box. Is this feature currently broken?

MMSI/SCHA
Is anyone else missing last weeks payment from MMSI/SCHA? We usually receive one every Friday, and did not get one this past Friday.

Change in PMI numbers
Has anyone noticed that some of their client's PMI numbers have completely changed? I have had quite a few clients who have had the same PMI number for years and when I search MN–ITS it states it inactive but come to find out they have a completely new number. Ive used names and DOB but get errors. Not sure if this has happened to anyone or if you have any suggestions on where to find this information. Someone mentioned it could be because of the MN Sure market. Is there a place for providers to check there? or just stick to MN–ITS?

Availity
We are not getting outpatient BCBS ERAs in Procentive. Payments are posting, we have to go onto Availity to download the ERAs. Is anyone else having this problem? For example, we have check date 5.9 for Bluelink TPA and CCSTPA, but no ERA is in Procentive.

payment entry mode & report mode for era's not matching
We have noticed with a few of our ERA's that there is information that appears in the report mode side, but when we use the payment entry mode if is not there, this is actual payments that are not using up, not denials. Has anyone dealt with this or have suggestions?!?!

Recurring Payments using Prcentives new Credit Card processing function
Quick question regarding the new credit card processing module/featurre in Procentive...is there a mechanism that allows to set up recurring auto payments. In order for us to find this to be a useful tool being able to set up automatic recurring payments on clients would be a necessary function in order for us to even consider switching over. Is this a function this product can do????

Richard - the feature has a vault that allows CC numbers to be store securely (i.e. PCI compliant) so that they can be run on a monthly basis. However, there is not automatic recurring payments. With the vault, and if you have a reminder system else where, you can enter the credit card portion of Procentive and run the client's credit card whenever you need to. Thanks for the question!
