Repeated "session errors"
Has anyone else been experiencing random & frequent "session errors?"
I've tried clearing out cookies, cache, browsing history, download history, with no luck.
This specifically happens consistently, when I try to open a module in a new tab, which I have been doing for as long as I can remember. Also having the same problem when I click on "Help" and "Chat" which is why I'm posting here.
I'm currently using Chrome on Mac.
The session errors have been resolved as of yesterday, 1/8/2018
If you are continuing to experience the session errors, please send in a ticket to Procentive

McKesson Interqual Critieria for EIBI
I'm looking for the McKesson Interqual criteria for EIBI that BCBS of MN is referencing in their denials. Does someone have it that they can share or direct me where to find it? Any guidance would be much appreciated!
We are wondering if anyone has billed for multi-family group sessions without client present. If so under what CPT code?
We found CPT code 90849- Multiple-family group psychotherapy, however the description states when the patient is present with his or her family, as well as other patients and families for 50 minutes. Any information provided is appreciated.
Copay issues - how to show where an old copay was applied when it's now an "applied credit"
How do people show their clients exactly how their copays were applied, when the copay has been turned into a "credit applied"? Sometimes clients wants to know which copay they missed a long time ago (like in 2016) and sometimes a client wants a list of all copays they've made, showing on which DOS they were allocated, to submit to their flex-spending account.
In order to make them an actual "list," we have to print out a list of their payments, then for all of the "applied credits," try to figure out which copay date might have been applied to it. This often takes a very long time to research. What do the rest of you do to show exactly where a copay was allocated, when it has turned into an applied credit?
What is going on with the constant pop-ups today??
Every time I click on something, a request to sign up for the ProCare newsletter pops up. Please make it stop!
Good Morning Jessica and Sheryl!
Please submit a ticket to Procentive Support so we can troubleshoot this issue for you.
Thank you!
insurance checks
Does anyone using a software system along with Procentive to check eligibility? We have such a huge client base that it is difficult to check this at the beginning of each month. We use the Eligibility module in Procentive and insurance websites, but is still time consuming. wondering if anyone using something else to batch check??
thank you Teresa
Consulting about tele-mental health
Is there anyone out there who is currently providing tele-mental health services that would be willing to consult with our agency about it?
Training for billing insurance companies and Procentive features available.
I'm looking for recommendations on training opportunities that be an in-person, seminar, classroom or even one-on-one type training on how to bill insurance companies. We have a new employee that will be billing and has no experience with Procentive. The gal who set it up is no longer with us.
Any suggestions would be appreciated. We are aware Knowledge Hub, webinars on line, etc.
Thanks - Kathy
Thank you all for the feedback and suggestions. We are reviewing and determining what the logistics and finer details would look like for an event like this. As soon as we have more information or direction we will update this thread.
If you have further suggestions or ideas please feel free to contact Procentive Customer Support via Ticketing.

Institutional claims and Revenue codes for co-occurring disorder claims
We are new to billing Rule 31 (COD) claims and billing codes H2035 HQ HH and H2035 HH and some of the payers say they require a revenue code of 905 with those codes. I understand rev codes are billed on institutional claims and we currently only bill professional claims, since we are an outpatient clinic. Our clinic directors say we should not bill Institutional claims, since we are not a facility or a residential treatment center. Procentive has told us that some payers require this but it's hard to wrap our mind around billing a totally different way. We have not worked with the admission field yet and know this is part of institutional claims. Basically, just wondering if anyone else has experience with this? Please help. THank you!
Kiosk issues
For other agencies that are using kiosks to secure client paperwork, I'm curious to know what your experience has been. Today our kiosk sessions were interrupted with a "failed to save" message where the client could not do anything further (and their progress was lost). Just wanting to know if this is only happening in our system or if others are also struggling with this. (our staff are also being logged out and back to the login screen with no warning or error message) Thanks
