Ticket Module

We are unable to access tickets in the Ticketing Module. I don't know if this is just our account, or all accounts. One of my clinicians emailed me about the issue, and then I tried and found I was unable to access tickets as well. I was thinking this community posting would be better than sending a ticket, in case it is system-wide. I will try sending a ticket as well, just in case.

Our Systems Engineers have identified and resolved the source of this issue. You should be able to access the ticketing module once again.

Collaborate on DC 0-5 format for extended DA?

Hi - We are beginning to prepare to change our Procentive form for our Diagnostic Assessment for the Extended DC 0-5 format.  Wondering if any other members are already on this/have created it or if they are interested in working together to create something for Axis 1-5 for the DC 0-5 in Procentive that would be helpful?

Issues with slowness and modules not working.

I know people are having problems with the eligibility module, but is anyone having issues with every module?  My billing module isn't working.  I am getting complaints from staff that the clinical module is having problems.  This is the big day of the month to do facility billing and we are stuck.

New Performance Improvements

In an effort to improve Procentive, we have been working on updates to improve your experience with speed and standard session timeout features. In order to take advantage of the new performance improvement features every user will want to clear their cache/browsing history on Thursday 03/01/2018 to allow the new updates to work properly.


If your cache is not cleared you will continue to experience undesired log offs. The new updates will not be live until  about Thursday about 5:00 am so please clear your cache/browsing history after that time.


Please note: Standard Session timeout settings are still active and will log you out if you are not active in the software based on those settings.

Clear Your Cache in Safari

ERA Module - Remits disappeared

Hello!  Has anyone else had this happen today?  There were 4 different ERA's I posted this morning, and now they have disappeared in the ERA Module.   There was 1 ERA I hadn't posted yet, and it's no longer there.

Refund/NSF Module

Does it matter if the payment is in a 'closed period'?

KNOWN ISSUE: Programs Drop-Down in Time Module

Programs are not appearing in the Time Module > Add Window > Program Drop-down. Because of this, it appears as if a service line can't be added. The workaround for this issue is to re-select the location, which will refresh the drop-downs and allow a Program to be selected.  We are working on implementing a fix and will update this post as we learn more.

Credit Card on File

Question:  Does anyone require their clients to store a credit on file, at your office, in case they get behind on their balance?  If, so do you automatically run it for the agreed amount?  Is this ethically ok to do?
