KNOWN ISSUE: MN MA Eligibility Intermittent

Ashley M 6 years ago in Known Issues updated 6 years ago 1

We have received the following email from DHS regarding eligibility:

We have experienced several issues this week resulting in DHS Internal Error or AAA 42 being returned randomly.  We have resolved some of these causes however our Operations team continues to monitor for any continued error issues.

If you experience issues while running eligibility through Procentive please wait and try again. We will update this post when resolved.

Lost Files

Kathy Findlay 6 years ago in User Group Help 0

In the process of deleting 500+ reports for a proxy client, some reports for other clients (all recently added) were also deleted.  I used my shift key when selecting multiple reports.  Has anyone experienced this or have suggestions how to delete multiple reports at one time.  Not sure how I removed reports for multiple clients when I thought I was working with only one client.

Slow Response/Timing in Procentive

Has anyone been experiencing slow speeds of access to Procentive the past week or so?  I've had several comments within our company and am not sure if it is our network.

Client Middle Names

We need to track client middle names, however in the client module it requests a middle initial and puts a period in all the reports.  Does anyone have a workaround for this or any ideas?

Client "Face Sheet"

Ashley 6 years ago in Clients Module updated by Sam 6 years ago 3

Is anyone aware of a printable option in Procentive for a client "face sheet"?  Basically a one sheet report with client's address, phone number, DOB, insurance policy info, primary diagnosis, etc.  I have had a couple of requests from insurances companies for this when a fax is required for authorization.

Clinician Name Change

Does anyone have a procedure in place when a licensed clinician gets married/divorced and has a name change? Do you bill under both names until the change is complete with all payers?

MHCP Provider manual requirement for DA date of service

Kim Ross 6 years ago in Billing/Electronic Modules updated by Chris 6 years ago 1

Good Day!

The MN DHS Provider manual says the following about billing diagnostic assessments:

- Complete all Diagnostic Assessment (DA) Report Components before billing a DA
- Enter the date of service for the DA as the date the written DA report is completed

We have always used the face-to-face date as the DOS to bill a DA, and are billing after the DA is marked audit ready (completed). The State of MN, however has advised us to bill the date of service as the date the DA report is completed. (This is documented by the MHCP provider manual and via email correspondence we have received. I have also heard this said by DHS staff directly!)

I realize that agencies who use Procentive do both -- that is bill with the DOS as the face-to-face date or bill the date of service with the date the DA is completed.

If you use the DA completion date as the DOS -- a couple of questions:

How is it working / what is your process?

Do you do the same for all payers: MA & Private?

Thank you!
Kim

Has anyone been receiving calls from UBH/OPTUM saying that clinical trainees cannot provide services for Mental Mealth services even if they are clinically supervised by a credentialed/licensed LMFT?
