change link missing from client dashboard

The change link that used to be in the upper right corner of the the dashboards is missing.

Update Issues

So since the update I find the the sort function in any given function area is a problem. Not sure that is a useful update. I can no longer sort in Time model under residential so I have to scroll and find the location in a random list. In the ERA module sorting by payer no longer efficient either.

Kiosk module?

In the recent update, it says there is now a kiosk module.  I've updated staff roles, etc., and do not see a Kiosk module. I'm the champion and don't even see it.  Is anyone else having this issue?

Fax Issues

Is anyone else having issues with the Fax Module?  We have had a number of people call in stating when they try to fax to us, they are getting a busy signal.  We haven't received any faxes all day.

Reminder

I was wondering if anyone was aware of some sort of reminder tool in Procentive.  What im looking for is an option to make a note on a service line so that I can be reminded once the payment comes in I have a task to complete.  I know if I click on the pink note by a payment in the payment module a box comes up and you can enter something in the field and type in "date of next action" but how are you reminded of the next date? Is there something I need to turn on in the settings so I get these reminders?

Do you use something else in your office as a reminder/task list? Looking for suggestions.

Client portal not emailing

We are trying to start using the Client portal, we have set up a "test client".   We cannot get the email to the client to go thru.  We are using office 365  Has anybody else ever had this issue?  Setting changes?
