Chemical Health Home visit
We're trying to set up a new Chemical Health/Substance Abuse program for our facility. We are an outpatient-only facility but this new program would include a CD-Individual session at the patient's home in addition to their normal in-clinic services.
Has anyone billed a CD service from a client's home? We would appreciate being able to pick your brain about the specifics
Payments Window "Show" options
Can someone explain the difference between "Unpaid (All Inv. Items)" and "Unpaid (Inv. Items Only)" in the drop-down menu for "Show" in the Payments window? I don't see this called out in the Knowledge Hub. Thank you!
Implementation of CURES ACT
As of 4/5/21 with mandate to be in place by the end of 2022 Sounds to me like our progress notes must be made avaialbe free of charge and immediately to all clients. There is reference to clients needing to have access to an app that can be downloaded to their smart phone (or other device) where they can read their progress notes (psychotherpy notes still protected) with specific detail of what needs to be in each one on the article I attached below amd must be avaialbe immediately to each client.
I am wondering if the Client Portal is sufficient to manage this request or if Pro is planning to do more to align with CURES ACT?

Hey Everyone! We started billing Psych testing codes and I am needing some help. When billing a 96131 I know with Blue Plus you are only able to bill 7 units per date of service. Does anyone know about Ucare or other PMAPS rules?

Medication Management
Hello everyone,
I am wondering if there is anyone who currently bills for medication management and would be willing to talk/email with me regarding getting things set up to start billing for this. She will also be doing e-prescribing.
We recently hired a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner to provide medication management, which is a new service for us. I am wanting to get everything set up for her as well as educate myself before she starts mid July.

FYE - Using an "Enter Here" icon for Logout???
Does anyone (other than me) find it amusing/confounding/disconcerting/confusing that Procentive now uses an "Enter Here" icon (usually seen at restrooms when traveling) :
to Logout, rather than an Exit / Leave / Sign Out / Logout icon??? (a few variations below)
Or am I not paying enough attention to my icons?
Just curious.....
