Location of the Providing Therapist

Question?  I heard that therapists are no longer able to provide Telehealth, out of their home offices.  That they must return to the clinic address (location that is contracted with the insurance company)?  I cannot seem to find any information on this?  Is this a Federal mandate, a State mandate, a Licensing Board Mandate or just a clinic decision?  Do you know anything about this?

I know there is plenty of information on the Place/Location of the client, but I am specifically asking about the location/place of the actual provider?

Telephonic - Per MN DHS ending July 1, 2023

According to MN DHS Telehealth still includes telephonic (telephone/audio-only) services until July 1, 2023.  Many of our clinic therapists use telephonic services for their clients, who live in rural areas, especially those that do not have internet or may have an unstable internet signal.  It is hard to believe that telephone services would no longer be billable, due to the mental health crisis that our communities are still in.  Does anyone know anything more about this?  Is anyone else concerned about the end date?

location dropdown not matching locations module

Having an issue with my Time Module location dropdown when adding a group/service, it's not matching my actual locations in the Location Module. Shouldn't it? If not, how can I make a change to that dropdown?

Report opening w/out all parameter options

Having a really weird situation; clinician, with supervisor permissions, is trying to open report 8030 and it's not giving her all the search options. Specifically "staff".  While she still has it on the right hand side list of fields it is missing from the search options between "Code Types" and "Payers".  

Has anyone else every had this issue?

Known Issue: 1st Diagnosis Line won't Save || UPDATE: Resolved as of 5/1/2023

This has been resolved as of Monday, May 1st.

Attention Procentive Customers:

We want to inform you that we are aware of a known issue when adding a diagnosis to a client’s profile. Currently, users are unable to add or modify a diagnosis in the first diagnosis line in the client’s profile. We want to assure you that we are actively working to resolve this issue as quickly as possible.

We do have a workaround available and have outlined the steps below:

Adding New Diagnoses

  1. Go to the Client’s Module
  2. Double click on the client to open the profile
  3. Open the Diagnosis tab
  4. Instead of inputting a diagnosis in the 1st diagnosis line, add the diagnosis to the 2nd diagnosis line
  5. Save
  6. Upon re-opening the client’s profile, diagnosis tab, the diagnosis entered will now be moved up to the 1st diagnosis line

Modifying Existing 1st Diagnosis

  1. Go to the Client’s Module
  2. Double click on the client to open the profile
  3. Open the Diagnosis tab
  4. Clear the diagnosis entered into the 1st diagnosis line
  5. Add the needed diagnosis into the 2nd diagnosis line
  6. Save
  7. Upon re-opening the client’s profile, diagnosis tab, the diagnosis entered will now be moved up to the 1st diagnosis line

We will provide another update once this has been resolved.

Diagnosis Tab not working

Anyone else having issues entering DX codes in client mod for new clients?  Just started today. We can access the code dropdown and select the code but nothing happens when we select "OK".  We also can't manually enter the code.
