KNOWN ISSUE: Existing Diagnoses Not Saving When Updated

Attention Procentive Customers:

We want to inform you that we are aware of a known issue of diagnoses previously entered in the Clients Module > Client Profile > Diagnosis Tab and updated are not saving correctly. We want to assure you that we are actively working to resolve this issue as quickly as possible.

We will provide another update once this has been resolved.

In case this wasn't noted, I am able to edit/update the diagnoses in the second group starting with #1, it's the first section of diagnoses starting with #1 that will not update.  In my screenshot below - the "Trainee" is a new diagnosis I added today in the second section (#1) and after saving it became #3 in the first section.  I had also tried changing the diagnoses in the first section but those changes did not save.
