Hello! I was recently made a Champion, but still do not have the option to send a ticket to Procentive (the little check box for "send to Procentive" is missing). I tried sending a message via Knowledge Hub for assistance over a week ago and haven't received a response, and the only option when calling for "Customer Support" is to either create a ticket or speak with a Champion. I've scoured everything I can find on the topic and have yet to figure out how to fix this issue.  Anyone have any ideas?

Procentive issues

Is anyone else having issues with Procentive?  We can't post payments.  We can't send out billing.  We can't create statements.  When we click on save or check, the computer just spins like it's trying to proceed but doesn't complete the task.  I've done a help ticket to Procentive but I haven't received a response.

Wondering if there are other Intensive Residential Treatment Services (IRTS) facilities in Minnesota using Procentive??

Our team is exploring how to improve the quality of their forms for encounter notes & case notes.  Wondering what forms others are using in their database for these purposes.

Report Exporting- Dropping Lead Zero

Does anyone have a work around so that the leading zero's don't get dropped when exporting reports from Procentive?

Example: 1420 Authorization Detail Report

-The MA Number will drop any leading Zero's

-The service agreement (Authorization Number) will also drop leading zero's

does anyone have a work around for this?

Two family codes billed on same day

We have a clinician who had to meet with Mom and Dad separately, but they came in on the same day. Has anyone ever billed two 90846 codes on the same day? I'm just unsure if we should bill with the 59 modifier or the 76 modifier? Any experience you'd be able to share on this topic would be great! Thank you in advance!

Drug Testing Billing Code Question - Saliva

Does anyone bill for drug testing using saliva samples instead of urine? We are presently using 80305 and 80307 for urinalysis. It looks to me like we can use the same codes for saliva testing but I am posting this question to see if other providers have had to code for this method.

Clinical Charting Module Issues

Is anyone else having issues with needing to log out and log back into Procentive in order to access all of a client's records? This has been happening multiple times for multiple client records today (for example, we have a client that is still current but it will only show records from 2020 at first).

Amending Records

Is anyone willing to share how they amend records in Procentive. Do you unlock the form? Copy it and amend? I cant figure out how to do a strikethrough in charting so also curious how you note what part is to be amended?

I have asked Procentive to fix an issue with Time Adds for Travel claims.. They won't consider suggestion until it gets votes. Could you please take a minute and vote.

If we bill both these codes on the same day does the second one get a 59 modifier?? MA or a PMAP.
