KNOWN ISSUE: MN MA Downtime
We have received the following notice from DHS:
Systems unavailable due to upgrade work from Saturday, September 15, 2018 at 6 AM CST until Monday, September 17, 2018 at 4 AM CST.
What does this mean for you?
Eligibility through Procentive will be unavailable during this time. This may also cause claims sent to MN MA (DHS) to fail.
We ask that you please wait to send claims to MN MA until their system is restored on Monday, September 17 at 4 AM.
Please contact the Procentive Support Desk with any questions. Thank you!
appointments
I am wondering if anyone is having issues still with their staff not being alerted when a client has arrived?
Our agency still is and it is very sporadic.

Electronic Billing of CHAMPVA
Does anyone bill their claims electronically to CHAMPVA? We tried years ago but were told that the claims must have the licensure of the therapist on them (Since they don't credential). Paper claims take forever to process. Thanks
Automate checking of checking of Clinical Charting/ Documentation
We are looking to automate the checking of checking of when DA's, SDQ's, CASII's, HIPPA etc.are due. Any suggestions on systems that are working well for you?
insurance checks
Does anyone using a software system along with Procentive to check eligibility? We have such a huge client base that it is difficult to check this at the beginning of each month. We use the Eligibility module in Procentive and insurance websites, but is still time consuming. wondering if anyone using something else to batch check??
thank you Teresa
Consulting about tele-mental health
Is there anyone out there who is currently providing tele-mental health services that would be willing to consult with our agency about it?
Dr First down
We are aware the we currently do not have access to the Medication Module. We have spoken to Dr First & they are experiencing an outage. They were not able to provide an estimated time for when this will be resolved but did assure us that this is their engineers' top priority. We will post here once this issue has been resolved.
Thank you for your patience.
Dr First has resolved this issue. If you have any questions please submit a ticket to Procentive Customer Support.
Thank you,

Billing for nutrition/exercise/yoga as part of treatment for PTSD, depression or anxiety
I have a certified yoga/nutritional/wellness coaching expert (certified) who is also trained in Yoga for PTSD. She does not have a Masters Degree and is not a therapist. I am wondering, if she is assisting in the treatment of PTSD/Depression/Anxiety can we bill under a licensed therapist for the time spent? If yes, would there be a different code other than a 90837?
I am picturing this only for sessions that are spent specifically to address symptoms associated with diagnosis. Not necessarily ongoing for just basic overall wellness. If that were the case I know it would be a cash/private pay situation.
Thanks!
Alyson
