Known Issue: Uploading
We are currently experiencing an issue with uploading documents in Procentive. Our engineers are working to resolve the issue. We will update this post again once we know when the issue will be resolved.

DAANES Batch Uploading
Is there anyone currently using Procentive to do their DAANES Batch uploading? I have some questions on the process...

Suggestion for time module
A suggestion for future improvements. It would be nice when adding time to see what the dx description are for each dx. in addition to the code. With the move to ICD 10 I am not as versed in those codes and it would be nice to have that feature. This is especially helpful when there are multiple codes and choosing one that was the focus of the session

Aging Report
Hey guys, have any of you found a report other than the collections report that you can use as an aging? I thought the billed items search report would work, but it doesnt look like it is pulling all DOS that have a balance on them in... Do you have anything that would work?

KNOWN ISSUE: Copy/Paste in Chrome
Google Chrome has recently updated their browser. If using Google Chrome, you may not be able to highlight and copy data from a locked form in Procentive. We are currently working on a solution and hope to have a fix in place within the next few days. We will post when a solution has been implemented.
In the meantime, copy and paste continues to work in Internet Explorer.

Children's Mental Health Outcome Measures Reporting
We're streamlining our process for CMH Outcome Measures Reporting which is required for ALL MHCP clients (children) who receive services.
I'd appreciate knowing what others are doing?

Skip Billing Primary Payer
When billing clients that have MA or PMAPs, is there a way in procentive to skip billing Primary once they deny CTSS services?

KNOWN ISSUES: BCBS of MN denials
Procentive customers may have received denials from BCBS with a CARC denial code 97 or 18 for dates of service 9/26 - current. Per Blue Cross, they had a glitch in their system where it appeared that the claims came through twice and the first claim is the one with the denials. The other claims that paid should be coming through in the future on an ERA. BCBS is requesting up to 30 days for them to resolve, process, and pay these DOS.
