Training for billing insurance companies and Procentive features available.

I'm looking for recommendations on training opportunities that be an in-person, seminar, classroom or even one-on-one type training on how to bill insurance companies.  We have a new employee that will be billing and has no experience with Procentive.  The gal who set it up is no longer with us.  


Any suggestions would be appreciated.  We are aware Knowledge Hub, webinars on line, etc.

Workflow set-up using staff interaction type - anyone with experience using this?

Does anyone use interaction type when setting up Workflows?  We are interested but want to find out more information before changing all current clients/ staff/ interaction types.  Thanks in advance for any help on this!

Billing two therapy codes

Has anyone had experience with billing two therapy codes in one day to UCare PMAP? For example, we are trying to bill code 90853 (group) and 90837 (individual) for a client on the same day. UCare will only pay one or the other it seems regardless of what I do. I did use the 59 modifier.

Has anyone billed 96101 GY to BCBS MN?

I have a MA, LP who has an intake that has Medicare as primary insurance and BCBS as their secondary plan. The rendering provider did not renew his contract with Medicare. I'd like to know if anyone has billed 96101 GY to BCBS successfully? Thank you.

We are aware that In- Office Kiosk is not working correctly. Our team is working to resolve this issue in a timely manner and we appreciate your patience as we work on remedying this.


Kiosking via the Client Portal is still functioning normally. If your agency uses the Client Portal, please use this as a workaround while we work to fix In-Office Kiosk functionality

In-Office Kiosk is now working again. If you are continuing to experience difficulty with In-Office Kiosk please submit a ticket to Procentive detailing what you are experiencing.

KNOWN ISSUE: Ticketing Attachments

Currently, attaching outside documents to a ticket is not functional; we are working towards a resolution. In the meantime, if you need to send an outside attachment to Procentive please submit a ticket requesting that we look at an outside attachment and we will assist you in transferring it to us in a secure manner.

Staff meeting guidelines

Does anyone else miss the vertical visual guidelines in the "staff meeting" tab on the appointments? We lost this function in the update. It used to have a green line on the left at the beginning of the appt. time and a red line on the right at the end of the appt. time, making it easy to delineate the column with the time you were checking staff availability for. 


I have a ticket into procentive and they are going to consider this, but I'm just wondering if anyone else used this and is missing it!

Add codes 80305 and 80307 for Drug Screening

We are adding codes 80305 and 80307 for billing Drug Screens/Urinalysis. Does anyone presently use these codes? Is there a revenue code that needs to be billed with it? Or is there any modifiers? Should it be set up as an institutional claim or a professional claim? Any assistance will be appreciated. Thanks.

Very odd and sporadic issue here, so I wanted to see if anyone else in the community has seen it.  A few staff have reported that typing is delayed on Procentive.  When the staff is typing, the computer (or website) has to "catch up".  The same staff that had the problem had no issues on other sites or email, etc.


I was able to check out one of the systems yesterday, and it had no recent programs installed, no malware, no recent updates, etc.  I cleared the internet cache, and let them try again.  The problem still existed on Procentive.


Not even really looking for a solution here, just seeing if anyone has the same trouble!  Thanks.
