System kicking out

We are having problems with the system kicking us out of the system over and over again.  You start something, switch the screen and you are kicked.  It is very hard to get anything done.  Anyone else having this problem?

PTO/Sick Time tracking?

Does anyone track clinician PTO/Sick Time in Procentive?  

We've been trying to figure out a way for clinicians to post PTO for future dates in Procentive as a non-billable service line, the system does not allow creating service lines for future dates.

Our desire is to use Staff Productivity 8000 report to collect PTO data and process payroll accordingly.  It's a bit cumbersome to have them enter PTO after their time off has occurred due to them forgetting upon their return, or if they are currently using PTO at the time payroll needs to be processed.

We have HR & scheduling software in use, but the scheduling program is used for our non-clinician programs and would like to avoid requiring clinicians to use another piece of software if at all possible.

Hello! I was recently made a Champion, but still do not have the option to send a ticket to Procentive (the little check box for "send to Procentive" is missing). I tried sending a message via Knowledge Hub for assistance over a week ago and haven't received a response, and the only option when calling for "Customer Support" is to either create a ticket or speak with a Champion. I've scoured everything I can find on the topic and have yet to figure out how to fix this issue.  Anyone have any ideas?

Procentive issues

Is anyone else having issues with Procentive?  We can't post payments.  We can't send out billing.  We can't create statements.  When we click on save or check, the computer just spins like it's trying to proceed but doesn't complete the task.  I've done a help ticket to Procentive but I haven't received a response.

Wondering if there are other Intensive Residential Treatment Services (IRTS) facilities in Minnesota using Procentive??

Our team is exploring how to improve the quality of their forms for encounter notes & case notes.  Wondering what forms others are using in their database for these purposes.

Report Exporting- Dropping Lead Zero

Does anyone have a work around so that the leading zero's don't get dropped when exporting reports from Procentive?

Example: 1420 Authorization Detail Report

-The MA Number will drop any leading Zero's

-The service agreement (Authorization Number) will also drop leading zero's

does anyone have a work around for this?
