appointment log

Trina 7 years ago in Appointments Module updated by Leah 7 years ago 1

There is a change log for the client module but what about being able to view a detailed change log for the appointment module?  I know you can click on the log tab and see the changes made to that specific appointment but what if the client name was accidentally changed and you want to find out who the original appointment was made for?

Record Request

Jessica 7 years ago in Clinical Charting Module updated by sarah 7 years ago 7

Our facility is new to Procentive. We are being asked to submit medical records for one of our clients. What is the best way to gather a record set to fax out to a requesting facility?

KNOWN ISSUE: Repeating Pop-up

Ashley M 7 years ago in Known Issues updated 7 years ago 1

The pop-up inviting staff to subscribe to the Procentive email list for product updates is continually appearing after staff select "No Thanks".

Instead, please close the pop-up window itself by clicking the red X button as shown below:

Our engineering team has already identified the issue and it will be resolved tomorrow.

Thank you!

UPDATE: Please be aware that staff will receive the pop-up at their initial sign-on tomorrow. Selecting No Thanks will be recorded and the pop-up will no longer appear.

Kayla Kenworthy 7 years ago in Industry News/Discussion updated by TVano 7 years ago 1

Anyone having issues with MN DHS Request Claim Status today? I've been trying to correct and submit claims through the mn-its site and I keep getting issues. Saying things like: Unable to process your request, etc.

Personal needs funds

Is anyone using Proccentive to manage Personal Needs Funds?  We are looking at adding a payer in Procentive to help us track personal needs funds. Is anyone currently doing this? If so how do you track in procentive?

Procentive Appointments for outside source-

WMFS 7 years ago in Appointments Module 0

We have clients who go to an outside clinic/hospital/therapy at times. Currently, when an appointment is added to their profile stating they have an appointment, whoever added it will say the appointment is with them. Is there a way to change it to say who the appointment is actually with instead of having to click through it?

This would also be helpful if needing to print off the whole month for someone as the detailed information does not appear.

Electronic HSA/FSA/HRA payments

Tina 7 years ago in Payments/ERA Modules updated by crystalp 7 years ago 8

Wondering if anyone has come across this scenario.....A client has a primary and secondary insurance. Primary pays and then you bill the secondary insurance. Before the secondary pays, you receive an automatic rollover HSA electronic payment from the clients primary insurance HSA account. Then you receive the payment from the secondary insurance. The automatic HSA rollovers are becoming a pain. Does anyone have any best practices for this or do we just refund the client all of the HSA dollars and wash our hands? I've tried calling 2 different insurance companies and they will not speak or take any information from me. These clients have become aggravated because they don't understand when you try and explain what is happening.
