URGENT: Forced Procentive Logout at 10:10 AM cst today (10/18/2018)

Today (Thursday, 10/18/2018) at about 10:10 AM [CST] Procentive will log out all users.  This action is being taken to fix several bugs that were accidentally introduced this morning which are continuing to affect loading times. If we wait to address this your experience in Procentive will continue to decrease, we want to resolve this for you this morning. Please be aware of the following and communicate with other users within your agency in case they have not signed up for this email list:

  • If you have a form open, be sure you save it before 10:10 AM [CST].

KNOWN ISSUE: Scheduled Procentive Maintenance

Procentive will be undergoing a scheduled maintenance window this weekend between 11PM CT on 10/20/2018 and 3AM CT on 10/21/2018


The system may be unavailable intermittently during this maintenance period. We are only anticipating minutes of downtime but the scheduled window will last 4 hours.

KNOWN ISSUE: Repeating Pop-up

The pop-up inviting staff to subscribe to the Procentive email list for product updates is continually appearing after staff select "No Thanks". 


Instead, please close the pop-up window itself by clicking the red X button as shown below:

UPDATE: Please be aware that staff will receive the pop-up at their initial sign-on tomorrow. Selecting No Thanks will be recorded and the pop-up will no longer appear.

Ever have one of those days when you wish you could just start over? Let's start with logging out and logging back in...


Today (Wednesday, 9/19/2018) at about 12:05 PM [CST] Procentive will automatically log out all users and require everyone to log in again.  This action is being taken to fix several bugs (including an inability to log in) that were accidentally introduced this morning when we updated Procentive password security. Please be aware of the following and communicate with other users within your agency in case they have not signed up for this email list:


  • If you have a form open, be sure you save it before 12:05 PM [CST].
  • After 12:05 PM (CST), the use of special characters in the username will work again. 
  • These reported issues are not due to superuser updates, but rather due to updated security for usernames and passwords.

KNOWN ISSUE: MN MA Downtime

We have received the following notice from DHS: 

Systems unavailable due to upgrade work from Saturday, September 15, 2018 at 6 AM CST until Monday, September 17, 2018 at 4 AM CST.

What does this mean for you?

Eligibility through Procentive will be unavailable during this time. This may also cause claims sent to MN MA (DHS) to fail.

We ask that you please wait to send claims to MN MA until their system is restored on Monday, September 17 at 4 AM.

KNOWN ISSUE: In Office Kiosk not working

We are aware that In- Office Kiosk is not working correctly. Our team is working to resolve this issue in a timely manner and we appreciate your patience as we work on remedying this.


Kiosking via the Client Portal is still functioning normally. If your agency uses the Client Portal, please use this as a workaround while we work to fix In-Office Kiosk functionality

In-Office Kiosk is now working again. If you are continuing to experience difficulty with In-Office Kiosk please submit a ticket to Procentive detailing what you are experiencing.

KNOWN ISSUE: Ticketing Attachments

Currently, attaching outside documents to a ticket is not functional; we are working towards a resolution. In the meantime, if you need to send an outside attachment to Procentive please submit a ticket requesting that we look at an outside attachment and we will assist you in transferring it to us in a secure manner.

KNOWN ISSUE: MN MA Eligibility and Claims Down

Procentive has received the following communication from MN MA (DHS):


      We will be performing work to upgrade several systems on Friday, July 20, 2018, from 6 p.m. until 6 a.m. 

      Monday, July 23, 2018. This work will affect all functions in MN–ITS, Core 2, and SFTP. The following billing
      and eligibility resources will not be available:
          • Direct Data Entry (DDE)
          • Applications and systems that require users to log in to MN–ITS
          • Eligibility verification, including phone verifications
          • Batch files submitted through secure FTP
          • eDocs document library

      Watch the Provider news and updates page for announcements and more information about availability.


What This Means for You

MN MA Eligibility and Claim Submission through Procentive will be inoperable from today (7/20) at 6 pm until 6 am Monday (7/23).


Please refrain from submitting any claims to MN MA via Procentive during this time as they will not go through.

KNOWN ISSUE: Availity Claims and ERAs

We have been made aware that all claims submitted to the Availity Clearinghouse from Monday, July 9th through the afternoon of Tuesday, July 10th are still in "Sent" status and do not have a 999 file.


Please resend all claims during this date range that are still in "Sent" status.


Our Product Development Team is still actively working to ensure any ERAs from this time frame are delivered. We will update this post once the issue is resolved. 


Update: Claims sent to MN DHS were also affected. Please resend any claims that still have a status of "No Repsonse" and do not have a 999 file.

There have been new updates to the missing ERAs that were discovered for the week of 7/9-7/13. 


We are working with our partners at the clearing houses to have all ERAs resent/restored for the week. At this time please refrain from sending in missing ERA tickets, until after we post that the restoration has occurred.

Dr. First and User Community are Down

This is a global issue outside of Procentive affecting multiple websites. Please watch Comcast updates to know when they are back up and running. 

You can access some sites from your mobile devices.

This issue appears to be resolved by Comcast.  If Comcast is your Internet Provider, you should now be able to access the ProCare User Community and Dr First.
